Eastport Villas Homeowners Association is a California non-profit corporation maintained for the specific and primary purposes to own, operate, repair, maintain, manage and replace the common areas and facilities within our real estate common interest development. Eastport Villas is a self-managed HOA. If you need to inform the Board regarding something within our complex, such as a broken sprinkler, or have a question, please send an email to [email protected]. For emergencies, please call or text a Board member.
APS is our current book-keeping company, as well as providing Board-requested Administration, but APS does not manage the property.
